Brandi Dicker serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at One Wealth, where she helps drive the firm’s growth, enhances operational effectiveness, and leads strategic projects that strengthen client relations. She collaborates across teams to ensure strategic priorities align with the firm’s mission and vision, helping to deliver thoughtful and impactful client experiences.

A University of California at Santa Barbara graduate, Brandi also studied abroad and speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish. She first joined One Wealth in 2012, leading the firm’s financial planning team and marketing initiatives. After an extended hiatus, Brandi has returned to focus on strategic initiatives, applying her creativity and client-centered approach to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and support the firm’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and friends. She is passionate about traveling, gardening, cooking, reading, and caring for her dogs and chickens. When she’s not at home or in the office, she enjoys spending time in nature or on an adventure with her family.
