Are frustrated with where you are today? Personally, professionally, financially?
Well, I say be what you need to solve the way you are feeling today.
You hold the power to get past it, to change those feelings.
For instance, I’ve started meditating daily.
Every morning, before I look at the news or email or my text messages, I re-focus on what I need from myself for that day.
In that morning calm, I visualize who I am and what I am meant to do and be.
It’s a different approach. Often times, it’s difficult to just sit there and focus on my thoughts. To concentrate on my breathing.
But the reality is that the way I have been approaching things up until now is not working.
It’s time for a change. It’s time to breathe. I am ready to become who I am meant to be, to embody what I need.
I won’t wait for it to happen or look to others for help. I’ll simple be what I need.
