Marium is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Teams at One Wealth, where she has been dedicated to serving the firm’s clients for two decades. Having worked alongside Founder & CEO Jeremy Dicker for 20 years, she plays a central role in the firm’s daily operations, ensuring One Wealth’s vision is executed with consistency, integrity, and excellence.

In her role, Marium leads operational strategy by translating leadership vision into actionable initiatives, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, technology, and people. She oversees key areas including workflow optimization, human resources, finance, and risk management, while supporting advisors and producers to ensure seamless client service and regulatory adherence.

Marium also brings seasoned insight into life insurance operations, products, and the underwriting process across the business.

Marium earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Los Angeles, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biology.

She enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling the world, with a special appreciation for destinations offering peak fall scenery and opportunities to experience new cultures. Above all, she deeply values time with her husband, family, and friends.
