Thomas has built a career spanning over 25 years in finance and accounting, beginning as an independent Life Insurance representative. After earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, he joined Automatic Data Processing (ADP) as a Financial Analyst. At ADP, Thomas provided data analysis to support investment decisions and was recognized for his ability to model data insightfully, earning several awards, including the prestigious CFO Award.

After advancing to Senior Analyst at ADP, Thomas joined One Wealth in 2019 to further his career in financial planning and wealth management. Since then, he has earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and has worked closely with the executive team, establishing himself as a trusted professional and key contributor to the firm’s growth. As CFO, Thomas is recognized for his strategic business oversight, financial leadership, and the significant operational impact he has consistently delivered at One Wealth.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys traveling and exploring with his wife, watching NBA basketball, pursuing his goal of becoming a Pitmaster, and, since moving to Arizona in late 2022, embracing his passion for golf.
