What a day yesterday was!

Warren Buffett  said “if you believe it will work out, you’ll see opportunities. If you believe it wont you will see obstacles.”

We started the day yesterday with some of us feeling angst about having to dial (in general) in front of each other and we ended the day with some of the best energy I have seen in our office, period! What I saw was a group of people come together, not necessarily wanting to (The Stick) and finishing the day with incredible results and the desire to do more and keep on going. The results…45 NEW meetings set (The Carrot) in 2 hours. This is making a real impact.

So the question is…… What did we learn? How does it FEEL working together and building towards what you believe you can achieve?

We are not a firm of people pitching products or yelling show me the money. We are a firm of people that want to deliver excellence to the people we meet and the communities in which we live and work. Remember that. Take the feeling of yesterday and that momentum and push that into today, this weekend and tomorrow. Know that what we do, HELPS PEOPLE protect their families and plan for their future and their children’s future.

With intentional focus and hard work, results WILL come. Be patient. Stay focused. BELIEVE.

Remember the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of the me things go great and 20 percent of the me there are challenges. It’s up to you to choose how you deal with both and more importantly how you move forward.
